It involves high precision tolerance and are mounted on load cell. These Silo inside is covered with liner and surface finish of more than 150 grit finish for easy movement of powder. These Silo are kept under purging of inside gas to avoid air ingress to the system.
These are technological silos involving the complexity of operations, high volume and stringent process condition meeting performance conditions provided at battery limit of Silos.
It is required by all the government and private refineries like IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Technip, GACL, and other PXPTA and Caustic soda plants.
