Kilburn has introduced the first VFBD in Tea Industry in the year 1980 and have sold more than 2000 dryers which are successfully working in India & other tea producing countries in the world.

The R&D of KEL is continually engaged in upgrading its equipment range to extend additional benefits to the users. The outcome of KEL's recent research is the new state of-the-art phase IV models.

Vibratory Fluidized Bed (VFB) is a type of fluidized bed where the mechanical vibration enhances the performance of fluidization process. Since the first discovery of vibratory fluidized bed, its vibration properties prove to be more efficient in dealing with fine particles which appears to be very difficult to achieve with normal fluidized bed.
